At Bridget Sidlovsky Equestrian, I help you connect with your horse by listening to what their behavior is communicating. From a place of understanding, we can address the physical, mental or emotional factors underlying any challenges. In this way, I act as a translator, helping horses and humans move beyond words and communicate on a deeper, more meaningful level.
Services
bodywork
Using a multitude of modalities including Reiki, Acupressure, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Neuro Myofascial Release (NMFR), I can help your horse release blockages and return to feeling happy and healthy in their body. A pain free horse makes for a wonderful partner.
Training
With an extensive background in groundwork and under saddle work, I can help facilitate training conversations between horse and human to overcome almost any issue you may be experiencing, from trailer loading to giving your horse confidence going out by themself, teaching polite ground manners to unwanted behaviors under saddle. I use a range of training techniques including Relationship-Based Training, positive reinforcement (R+), pressure and release (R-) and energy work to communicate clearly with every equine partner I get the chance to work with.
Education
I am available for clinics, demos, live training sessions, educational talks and more. I am passionate about teaching horses and humans how to communicate without harsh demands and harsher equipment.
