Holistic Healing for the Whole HOrse

By working with me, your horse receives bodywork that supports them physically, mentally and emotionally. Blending energy healing with hands-on manipulations help your horse feel safer in their body, more comfortable in their movement and more relaxed in their nervous system. Each session is tailored to your horse’s individual needs, encouraging softness, balance and whole body harmony so they can perform, connect and thrive at their highest potential.

  • Reiki is a healing modality that works with universal energy. This energy is channeled through the practitioner’s hands and flows to wherever it is needed within your horse. Reiki can help horses with many common issues stemming from stress, anxiety, emotional or physical pain, changes to routine, stall rest and many other concerns

  • Acupressure is a energy balancing method derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that works by applying light to medium pressure along specific meridians and acupoints. Acupressure can be used to reduce inflammation, accelerate recovery, improve mobility and also aids in balancing emotional issues.

  • I am currently enrolled in further courses in neuro myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, kinesiology taping and holistic nutrition. I will continue integrating these modalities into my bodywork sessions as I learn more and more!

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Call, text or email Bridget directly or you can complete the Intake Form linked in the ‘Book a Session’ button above

  • Every new client will undergo a full body assessment so I can see what needs the most attention. From there, I can suggest a treatment plan and this often will include multiple healing modalities that compliment each other.

  • Each horse is different so this is not a question I can answer outright. Most horses start feeling better immediately after a bodywork session but if the root cause of an imbalance isn’t addressed, the issue may resurface and need to be treated again. Maintenance treatments are recommended every 4 weeks.

  • For the first session, I do request that you be there so that we can discuss any issues that may arise. After that, it is up to you whether you want to attend the sessions or not. Please just make sure that your horse is easily accessible to me when I arrive and that the barn owner knows that I’ll be coming.
